Rent to own sheds are a great option for homeowners who need additional backyard storage today but cannot afford to pay the full price of a new storage barn upfront.

In most cases, you do not need a building permit to install a prebuilt shed on your property. Contact the building department at City Hall or your local county for more information about your specific location.

When you design or order a shed from Pine View Buildings, the shed is transported to your property. Delivery is included in the contract agreement.

Your first payment is due approximately one month after delivery. Call us if you need to make other arrangements.

A rent-to-own storage shed agreement works differently than traditional financing, so there is no principal to pay down. Extra payments will be applied to future payments.

A rent-to-own agreement cannot be refinanced as it does not work like a traditional loan. If you are having trouble making your payment, please contact us to discuss available options.

Month-to-month rent-to-own agreements do not charge interest. Instead, you pay a monthly rental fee that is taken out of your payment. Each month, 60% of your payment is applied towards the purchase of your building and 40% covers the rental fee.

If your account is delinquent, any past due payment amount is automatically added to your payoff.
